I'VE THROWN MY GRANDMOTHER MORE ACCURATELY THAN THAT, AND SHE ENJOYED IT MORE THAN YOU'VE EVER MADE A WOMAN ENJOY ANYTHING! THAT GOT AWAY FROM ME A LITTLE."
"More than a little," Dune grumbled.
HOGSLICE snorted. "'LEAST I DIDN'T PRINT OUT AN EMAIL JUST SO'S I COULD THROW IT OUT, LIKE SOME BETA CUCK E-BITCH."

Now, the Overseer Council may be stretching the definition of what a prominent American political figure is, but when you think about it, SCP-6453 should be ecstatic at the prospects here. Give it a look when you can.

He absolutely hates the idea of the Integration Program but was forced into participating due to Overseer order and the fact that Area-179 is about an hour or two's drive from Site-322. While he doesn't flaunt his smarminess, it doesn't take long to catch on to what this guy is really about.

Truncated Description: A ontokinetic entity resembling a late-40s human male. It is capable of instantaneous teleportation. It uses this ability to covertly spy on the Foundation and Foundation-equivalents, gaining reconnaissance on the location of uncontained anomalies. It will then teleport to the locations and leave handwritten notes, commonly nonsequiturs, unrelated personal messages, and diaries/journals.
SCP-001 Influenced Containment Failures
Note: We've yet to contain SCP-5765 wholly yet. However, this hurdle is within the bounds of its understood abilities. The problem arose when we got close. It gained the ability to alter digital documentation, adding notes to finalized files regarding containment breaches on the same date and time at Area-179. All of these breaches occurred. 300 people died.

Dune: Okay? That's pretty common.

UIU has some sciencey gizmo we want, we have some political prisoner or whatever, we do a little trade-sies, everybody's happy. GOC and HI too. And hey sometimes we do it to get a little cash, we aren't a public institution after all, , have to pay the bills somehow, you know?. ?
Hadhar: I suppose I never really thought about it.
Dune: That's why they pay me the big bucks.
Hadhar: It just feels so wrong.
Dune: For the Foundation to sell anomalies? I know some of the GOI think of us as hoarders but really we're more like discerning collectors.
Hadhar: No, no, not the Foundation. Well, not the entire Foundation. The Integration Program.
Dune: Ah, you're thinking of this as a failure of the program, huh?
Hadhar: Yeah.
Dune: Well, I think of it more like it's first success, except for maybe 5175.
Hadhar: How could you possibly think that?
Dune: Well, you know, despite what I wanted, I've been in the Integration Program since the beginning, got in on the ground floor as it were, so I think my opinion counts for something here. This seems like a logical conclusion of the program to me. You take in the cooperative anomalies, well, mostly cooperative, that you feel comfortable letting off the leash, you let them do what they do best, teach them a thing or two, and then boom, send them out into the world. Like a trade school would, or parents. What further use are the Foundation going to get out of penguin waiters? You do a brain scan a few times and then they're just novelties.
Hadhar: Parents… selling their kid?
Dune: So the metaphor falls apart a bit, so what? Point is, does it really matter to your penguins if they're working in the Site-58 cafeteria or some paranormal Club 33?
Hadhar: But don't we have an ethical—
Dune: Ugh, save the ethics talk for someone who cares, like the Ethics Committee. Or maybe bother your own Site Director, instead of me. I'm very busy after all.
Hadhar: Maybe I will. Thank you very much Dir. Dune.
